Pre-Construction
This is the most critical phase for a project to start off on a good foundation. Our goal is to partner with you at the early stages of the design process and before the issuance of 100% documents. We work diligently in this phase to coordinate your design consultant drawings including but not limited to architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, landscape, interiors, audio/visual and security.
Construction
If desired, we can continue with the project and help coordinate drawing revisions throughout the construction administration process. This can be RFI coordination, drawing revisions like 100% CDs, ASIs, Sketches, etc. We realize the construction phase can be overwhelming, let us help.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes project close-out drawings, as-built coordination, field drawings, etc. If you don't finish strong, you may never finish at all.
