Nick is a Texan native and longtime Austinite. He is a licensed Architect who has split his career experience between architecture, construction management and real estate development. He provides a detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset for the Client as a builder, designer and developer. Understanding the pace of projects and the importance of coordination, his goal is mend the gaps by identifying issues before they become adversarial problems to a team. He has built or designed over 5 million square feet of real estate throughout the US and Europe.

Hunter is an 8th generation Texan and licensed Architect who has led projects from design to close-out across nearly every asset class. He combines the perspective of a seasoned architect and owner / developer with experience leading development teams in multifamily, industrial, office, and mixed-use communities. This lends him not only a keen eye for coordination between the design and build teams but also an understanding of how to prioritize value creation and operational efficiency for the client / owner. In his 16-year career as an architect and developer, he has managed or designed over $2 Billion of real estate throughout the US.
