Nick is the owner of the firm. As a licensed architect, he has built a multidisciplinary career spanning architecture, construction management, and real estate development. This diverse background allows him to approach projects with a builder’s practicality, a designer’s insight, and a developer’s strategic mindset. Nick is known for his detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach and his ability to bridge gaps between design, construction, and ownership teams. With a strong understanding of project pace and the critical role of coordination, he focuses on identifying and resolving issues early—before they evolve into adversarial or costly challenges.
